The Ethics Resource Center (ERC) is a non-profit, non-partisan educational organization exempt from taxation under the Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Each year, individuals and corporations across the country support the work of ERC through their tax-deductible contributions. We invite you to join us with our loyal contributors in lending your support.

Here are the methods by which you can make a donation.

Our 501(c)(3) status allows us to receive tax-deductible donations, to seek foundation grants, and to provide advisory services for a fee that is often lower than our for-profit colleagues. Our revenues come from a variety of resources, and fall into either the restricted or unrestricted category.
